| The
Miss Collierville Scholarship Pageant is well known for its professional
show and high-energy production featuring choreographed dance numbers,
live entertainment and the thrill of live competition. In 2004,
more than 500 people filled the auditorium to watch a thrilling
pageant.
Just as the
Miss America Pageant, the Miss Collierville Scholarship Pageant
is divided into four phases of competition, including interview,
swimsuit, talent and evening wear. Please see the Become A Contestant
section for exact details on the pageant competition.
Each year, approximately
15-20 young women take part in the program. In 2004, a new Teen
Pageant Division was created for young women ages 13-17. Beginning
in 2005, a Princess Division will allow young women 13-17 to participate
but not perform in the talent competition.
