The Miss Collierville Scholarship Organization is part of the historic Miss America Organization. At the local, state and national level, the Miss America Organization provides more than $45 million in scholarships to deserving young women throughout the U.S. – making it the largest scholarship program for young women. Volunteers support this entire system, and we do not profit financially from our efforts.
Each year, the Miss Collierville Organization provides educational scholarships for area young women through the Miss Collierville Scholarship Pageant. Cash scholarships and college tuition waivers are awarded to the winners of the Miss Collierville Scholarship Pageant.
Each year, more than $2,500 in cash scholarship is awarded to area young women. Tuition waivers to local colleges and universities may also be awarded. In addition, all contestants are eligible to apply for a host of scholarships offered by the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Foundation Trustees Scholarship and the Miss America Organization.
The Miss Collierville Scholarship Pageant is a one-day event held to select a representative for our city and to award scholarships to talented, well-spoken young women. The other 364 days a year our program supports educational efforts, encourages community service and provides young women with a forum in which to express their talents, intelligence and opinions in culture, politics and the community.
You Can Be A Scholarship Sponsor
It is the responsibility of the Miss Collierville Organization and its volunteers to provide scholarships and raise necessary funds to present the annual program. Contributions from patrons, local businesses, program book advertising and ticket sales provide scholarships and sponsorship for our local program.
